Laser and Light
Therapy
We
have several lasers available for treatment of a variety of
cosmetic problems:
- Rosacea,
Spider Veins, and Dilated Blood Vessels- We have two
lasers and an intense pulsed light source for treatment of
facial spider veins. The AURA (KTP) laser is used primarily
for facial spider veins, while the VBeam (pulsed dye laser)
can treat Rosacea and fine spider veins on the face. Our
intense pulsed light source and Beam laser
can be used for treatment of spider veins of the legs.
- Hair
Removal - We perform hair removal with our
new Gentlelase™ laser.
A series of treatments is required to achieve maximal
long-term hair reductions.
- Portwine
Stains- The VBeam pulsed dye laser lightens portwine
stains. Multiple treatments are needed to maximize results.
- Keloids
and Hypertrophic Scars- The VBeam (pulsed dye laser) can
lighten pink scars and help flatten elevated scars.
- Acne-
We have the Blu-U light, a new technology, for the treatment
of inflammatory acne.
